Hazy Shade of Winter

37.5ml 8Track Spiced Rum
3 wedges of lime
15ml Gomme
6 to 8 Mint leaves
Muddle, then add crushed ice.
Top up with cloudy cider - or a cloudy apple juice.
Garnish with mint and a half wheel of orange.
