Christmas Serve: Let it Snow
It's time to get festive, and your spiced rum serves are no exception! We have the perfect recipe to add some extra cheer to your festivities. The talented mixologists at @speakeasieruk have designed 'Let it Snow', with a twist of cinnamon and a dash of Cointreau to bring the festive flavours.
- 60ml 8Track Spiced Rum
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Cinnamon Syrup
- 7.5ml Cointreau
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the 8Track Spiced Rum, Cointreau, lime juice and cinnamon syrup. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with an orange wheel, cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
