60ml 8Track Spiced Rum
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Cinnamon Syrup
7.5ml Cointreau
Garnish with an orange wheel, cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
A cloudy cider mojito mixing 8Track with your favourite cloudy cider.
37.5ml 8Track Spiced Rum
3 wedges of lime
15ml Gomme
6 to 8 Mint leaves
Muddle, then add crushed ice.
Top up with cloudy cider - or a cloudy apple juice.
Garnish with mint and a half wheel of orange.

A hot butter spiced rum cocktail - ideal for a winter's evening by the fire.

20ml Honey
20ml Cinnamon syrup
2 Spoons of butter
150ml Apple juice (cloudy is better)
100ml 8Track Spiced Rum
Warm gently and stir. Pour into two Irish whisky glasses and serve hot.
